Data Collection

To function as an economy and profile system, Sayaka collects minimal data required for its core features. We only collect data when you explicitly interact with the bot (e.g., running commands or logging into this dashboard).

1. What We Collect

When you enroll in the bot, we store the following in our database: your Discord User ID, your Discord Username, and your server interactions solely for economy tracking. When you log into the web dashboard, we temporarily access your Discord Avatar to display your profile.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your Discord ID acts as your bank account number. We use it to save your wallet balance, bank vault, and debt status. We use your username to display global leaderboards and public transaction ledgers. We do not log or store the content of your messages outside of explicit bot commands.

3. Data Sharing and Protection

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is stored securely in a MongoDB database strictly for the operational functionality of the bot.

4. Data Removal

If you no longer wish to participate in the bot's economy, you have the right to request full deletion of your data. You can request profile deletion by contacting the developers or using any designated data removal commands provided by the bot. Deleting your profile is permanent and will erase all virtual currency.
