Agreement to Terms

By inviting the Sayaka bot to your Discord server or using any of its commands (starting with /enroll), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not interact with the bot.

1. Virtual Currency

All "Yen" or assets generated, won, or lost within the bot's economy are strictly virtual and hold absolutely zero real-world monetary value. You cannot purchase, sell, or trade virtual Yen for real money. The bot simulates a gambling environment for entertainment purposes only.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the bot to violate any of Discord's native Terms of Service. Furthermore, attempting to exploit glitches, duplicate virtual currency, or bypass the bot's economy limits is strictly prohibited. The developer reserves the right to wipe your virtual balance or blacklist your account if exploits are detected.

3. Service Availability

The developer does not guarantee 100% uptime. The bot may go offline for maintenance, updates, or server migrations. We are not responsible for any virtual currency lost during a server crash or database reset.

4. Right to Modify or Terminate

The developers reserve the right to modify these terms, reset the global economy, or terminate the bot's services at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the bot after updates to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
